Launch of the new line

It's been a really exciting week. Modern Ecologie, a new line of yoga inspired clothing, has launched. We are so excited about these outfits. They are so soft and flattering on all shapes and sizes. We've tested them out in several hot and sweaty ashtanga classes. They hug every move, they wick moisture from the body, they wash and reshape well and they don't retain odor like cotton and synthetic fibers do. We love them and can't imagine practicing and going about town without them. Hope you'll love them too.

Welcome to Modern Ecologie, a new line of yoga apparels. The world needs another brand of yoga and active apparels because it's actually quite difficult to find just the right combination of natural fabric, great cuts and awesome graphics. Modern Ecologie's vision to bring together all the good things in the yoga-inspired clothes we offer, so that our customers feel and look great on the mat and out on the town. We did this in several steps:

Step 1 -- We made a commitment to use only ultra-soft and eco-friendly bamboo and cotton blend fabric that feels better than any other fabric you've ever put against your body.

Step 2 -- We asked yogis what they look for in fit and cut to give them the best range of motion and the most flattering fit.

Step 3 -- We solicited input from independent artists to provide a wide range of graphic design ideas. We held a design contest where over a 100 designs were submitted. What we have selected to print and embroider on our pieces are a small selection of the wonderful submissions we received.

Step 4 -- We partnered with a quality manufacturer in China that produces the eco-fabric responsibly and makes each piece with care.

Step 5 -- We invite yogis to participate in our community. One way is to provide us with photos of you wearing our products. We want to make sure that all of our marketing photos are of real people living their yoga-inspired lifestyle.

Yoga clothes, like yoga itself, should be about everything good. Modern Ecologie is inspired to be that for you. We hope you enjoy wearing our clothes our much as we enjoyed making them.
